Cocco Account Use Agreement
In order to effectively utilize Cocco resources and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of users, the "Cocco Rules" (hereinafter referred to as "these Rules") are specially formulated. You should read and abide by these rules. Please read carefully and fully understand the terms, especially the terms that exempt or limit Cocco's liability, the terms that restrict user rights, the agreed dispute resolution methods, and the separate agreements or rules for opening or using a service. Restrictions, exemptions or other terms involving your major rights and interests may be bolded, underlined, etc. to remind you to pay special attention.
Unless you have fully read, fully understood and accepted all the terms of these rules, you have no right to apply for or use Cocco and related services. If you click "Agree" or "Next", or if you apply for or use Cocco and related services, or express your acceptance of these rules in any other express or implied way, it shall be deemed that you have read and agreed to sign these rules. These rules shall have legal effect between you and Cocco and become a legal document binding on both parties.
If you do not have full civil capacity due to age, intelligence, etc., please read and judge whether you agree to these rules in the company of your legal guardian (hereinafter referred to as "guardian").
1. Scope of the Rules
1.1. These rules are the rules formulated by Cocco regarding the acquisition and use of Cocco. These rules apply to all software and services provided by Cocco that require registration or use of Cocco numbers.
1.2. When you use software and services provided by Cocco or third parties through Cocco, you must also comply with the separate agreements for each service.
2. Acquisition of Cocco
2.1. You can apply for free or paid registration of Cocco through the software client, including but not limited to (the specific method is subject to the actual provision of Cocco official)
2.2. After you complete the application registration procedure, Cocco authorizes you to use the account number in accordance with these rules to log in, use Cocco's software or services, or for other purposes explicitly permitted by Cocco, in accordance with Cocco's business rules.
3. User identity information verification
3.1. You need to fill in some necessary information during the application process of Cocco. Please keep this information updated in time so that Cocco can provide you with help or better serve you. If there are special regulations, you need to fill in real identity information (including but not limited to mobile phone number, ID number, etc.). If the information you fill in is incomplete or inaccurate, you may not be able to use the service or be restricted during use.
3.2. Cocco and users are committed to the protection of personal information. Protecting user personal information is a basic principle of Cocco. Without your consent, Cocco will not disclose your personal information to any company, organization or individual outside Cocco.

4. Use of Cocco
4.1. You can log in and use various software and services provided by Cocco in accordance with Cocco's business rules.
4.2. Please note that your Cocco avatar, nickname and other personal information may also be displayed to you, Cocco friends or other users through Cocco's services or services provided by third parties. If you refuse to share the above information with other Cocco services or services provided by third parties, you can modify it in various software and services provided by Cocco or third parties.
5. Security of Cocco Account
5.1. Cocco account password is set by you. You should keep your Cocco account password properly and be responsible for all activities implemented with this Cocco number and their consequences.
5.2. Cocco and you are jointly responsible for maintaining the security of Cocco account. Cocco will take and continuously update technical measures to strive to protect the security of your Cocco account on the server side.
5.3. You must take necessary measures to protect the security of your Cocco account, including but not limited to properly keeping Cocco account number and password, installing anti-virus Trojan software, and changing passwords regularly.
6. Abnormal login of Cocco account
6.1. If your Cocco account is not logged in by yourself, please change the two-step verification password in time.
6.2. You promise to properly keep all information or equipment that may be used to retrieve your Cocco account to prevent others from logging into your Cocco account by impersonating you to file a complaint, etc. You understand and agree that you will be responsible for any losses caused by such situations.
7. User Behavior Rules
Users should abide by the provisions of laws and regulations, as well as the provisions of these rules and other separate agreements when using Cocco. In addition:
7.1. You may not maliciously register or obtain a Cocco account. Malicious registration and acquisition of Cocco numbers include but are not limited to
Registering or obtaining a Cocco account through any software or service other than the software or service provided or explicitly permitted by Cocco; or registering a Cocco account through any software or service in a non-manual or non-manual manner; or frequently or in batches registering or obtaining a Cocco account.
Registering or using a Cocco account for purposes beyond normal communication with friends or users, including but not limited to registering, obtaining or using Cocco for sending harassing messages, spam, advertising, fraudulent messages, or for illegal purposes.
Other acts of registering, obtaining or using Cocco accounts by means or purposes not explicitly permitted by Cocco.
If Cocco independently determines that the Cocco account you are using is a number registered or obtained maliciously, Cocco has the right to restrict, suspend or terminate the use of the corresponding Cocco account.
7.2. Cocco's authorization to use Cocco accounts in accordance with these rules is limited to the initial applicant. Without Cocco's permission, the initial applicant may not donate, borrow, rent, transfer or sell the Cocco account or otherwise permit other entities to use the Cocco account. Non-initial applicants may not use Cocco accounts by donation, inheritance, lease, assignment or any other means.
7.3. If the Cocco account you are currently using is not the one you initially applied for or obtained through other means provided by Cocco, you may not log in or perform any operations with that number, and please notify Cocco or the initial applicant of that number as soon as possible.
7.4 Information Content Specifications (1) The information content referred to in this article refers to any content produced, copied, published, and disseminated by users in the process of using this software and services, including but not limited to the avatar, name, and other registration information of the Cocco account or functional account, or the text, voice, picture, video, emoticon and other information sent, as well as other content generated by using the Cocco account or this software and services. (2) You understand and agree that Cocco has always been committed to providing users with a civilized, healthy, standardized and orderly network environment. You may not use the Cocco account or functional account or this software and services to produce, copy, publish, and disseminate the following content that interferes with the normal operation of Cocco and infringes on the legitimate rights and interests of other users or third parties. It is prohibited to publish and disseminate content related to obscenity, pornography, child sexual abuse, gambling, violence, etc.
8. Liability
8.1. You understand and agree that you shall bear all responsibilities for all activities under your Cocco account.
8.2. If your Cocco is stolen due to the Cocco account, Cocco will bear the corresponding responsibilities in accordance with the law. If it is not caused by Cocco, you shall bear the relevant legal responsibilities and losses.
8.3. To avoid disputes, you shall not transfer the Cocco account for a fee or free of charge. Otherwise, you shall bear any liability arising therefrom, and Cocco reserves the right to pursue the legal liability of the above-mentioned person.
9. Restriction, freezing or termination of Cocco account use
9.1. If you violate relevant laws and regulations, these rules or other relevant agreements and rules, Cocco has the right to restrict, suspend, freeze or terminate your use of the Cocco account, and decide whether to restore your use of the Cocco account based on the actual situation.
9.2. If Cocco finds that you are not the initial registrant of the account, Cocco has the right to terminate your use without notice.
9.3. Cocco restricts, suspends, freezes or terminates your use of Cocco account in accordance with these rules, relevant laws and regulations or other relevant agreements and rules, and you shall bear the losses caused to you (including but not limited to communication interruption, clearing or inability to use user information, emails and virtual property and related data, value-added services, products or services, etc.).
10. Customer Service
If you have any objection to any restriction, freezing or termination measures taken by Cocco or have other questions in the process of using Cocco, you can contact Cocco Customer Service Department and we will provide you with necessary assistance.
11. Others
11.1. Your application or use of Cocco and related services shall be deemed that you have read and agreed to be bound by these rules. Cocco has the right to modify the terms of these rules when necessary. You can check the latest version of these rules on the relevant pages of Cocco. After the terms of these rules are changed, if you continue to use Cocco and related services, it will be deemed that you have accepted the changed rules.
11.2. The titles of all clauses in these rules are for reading convenience only and have no actual meaning. They cannot be used as the basis for interpreting the meaning of these rules.
11.3. Regardless of the reason why some clauses of these rules are invalid or unenforceable, the remaining clauses remain valid and binding on both parties.
